I'm having issues with my Amazon 4K Fire TV.
Yesterday, I had to pair my remote to a different stick in our home (because someone forgot their own remote), and since then, the stick has been Boot-Looping the white background with the orange Amazon font which says 'Fire TV'. Equally, I'm not sure as to whether the installation of Google Play on the device may have also led to technical difficulty, which some on the web have claimed.
I have contacted Amazon, who put me through to several consultants, all to no avail. Have also searched, without luck, all over the web for someone who may have had such a situation occur. Eventually came across a video by Tech Doctor UK, who had a tutorial on using ADB to help fix the situation, which also did not work, because after typing 'adb devices' into the command prompt, it responded that the device was unauthorised, despite the fact that 'ADB Debugging' was on under 'Developer Options' when i was still able to access my stick. I've just about tried everything and to worsen the situation, I have just exceeded my warranty. Any input which may lead to my Fire TV working again would be much appreciated.
Thanks guys
